Don’t leave Ibiza without discovering the picturesque beaches and the Nature Reserve of Las Salinas, at the southernmost point of Ibiza. START YOUR MORNING WITH A SALINAS WALK OR YOGA

Nothing beats an early morning walk, meditation or yoga session on the beach at sunrise. Enjoy the gentle sound of a wide variety of birds in the surrounding salt flats – perhaps you’ll spot the emblematic flamingos feeding in the ponds. Walk to the Salinas beach (or rent a bike at La Pandilla!), breathe in the salty air, feel the gentle breeze and watch the sky change colours as the sun goes up.

VISIT THE ICONIC MERCADILLO SANT JORDI

Whether you’re staying at La Pandilla or on the other side of the island, experience an authentic part of Ibiza by visiting the Mercadillo Sant Jordi, a flea market based in an ancient racetrack less than 10 minutes car ride from La Pandilla. New, used, vintage, you can find some amazing treasures at incredible prices – clothing shoes, jewelry, hardware of all kinds, bits and bobs, tools, furniture and housewares, plants… you name it! After the Mercadillo, stop by La Pandilla for a late breakfast, lunch with live music by the pool or a takeaway picnic to enjoy on the beach.

FARNIENTE ON THE SALINAS BEACH

Las Salinas beach is a popular choice for families due to its warm crystal waters and a gentle slope, perfect for lounging in the sun while the children play. Spend hours soaking in the sun on the shore or go for a walk through the Nature Reserve, towards Torre de Ses Portes, a defence tower located in one of the southernmost points of Ibiza, with wonderful views of nearby Formentera Island.

LIVE MUSIC BY THE POOL AT LA PANDILLA

If hunger strikes or the sun gets too hot after a few hours on the beach, head to La Pandilla for its Live Music Sessions taking place every Saturday afternoon. Grab lunch with friends or family, lounge on one of the sunbeds around the pool (or in the pool!) grab a refreshing drink and enjoy the numerous artists and musicians that delight us with everything from jazz, soul, funk, acoustic sets and more!

DINE WITH A VIEW OF THE SALINAS

If you want to catch the sunset and have a beach dining experience, head down to El Chiringuito, a restaurant tucked away in the dunes on the Salinas Beach. A world-class bar, delicious grilled seafood sizzling over a wood fire, and a wonderful atmosphere make this a go-to for a great dining experience with friends and family.

You can also try Experimental Beach Club, tucked away in the Las Salinas salt reserve, serving up Balearic and Ibicenco cuisine and of course, delicious sunset cocktails accompanied by DJ and laid back vibes.
